"Hosted a small event here and everything was perfect! Communications from the inquiry to the day of the event were smooth and clear. Mr. Santiago was very accommodating of requests within reason. The whole staff had a warm demeanor and the ambiance can fit into any vibe you want the gathering to be. What they offer is not just good food, it's a delightful dining experience. All the guests were floored with the food. Definitely among the top places I recommend for gatherings."

"We had lunch at Wobbly Pan and it was such a delightful experience For appetizers, we had the Salpicao and Chipirones. The Salpicao was absolutely amazing — rich, garlicky, and packed with flavor. The Chipirones were light, crispy, and incredibly delicious. For the mains, we ordered the Lengua, which was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the Paella Valenciana, served with the perfectly toasted bottom layer just the way I like it. To end the meal on a sweet note, we had the Churros and Mango Bravo, and both desserts were equally amazing. Definitely a meal worth coming back for! Mavs assisted us for our lunch and she was superb!"

"The food was delicious, though the portions could have been more generous. Each a la carte dish is sized for about two people, so I recommend ordering several plates if you’re dining with family. On the plus side, the service was fantastic and the ambiance is very cozy!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing dining and private event experience at Wobbly Pan Spanish Bistro Alabang Molito! From start to finish, Ma’am Spring assisted us seamlessly and made everything clear and organized. Special thanks as well to Michael Santiago, the Restaurant Manager, who personally ensured that all our expectations were met. Every request we had was accommodated, and the coordination was smooth all throughout. We were a group of 15 pax, and the venue area was already included — which was a great value. They also assigned two dedicated waiters to our area who were very attentive to our needs during the entire event. Service was prompt, professional, and warm. The food was absolutely excellent! Here’s what we ordered: • Queso Fundido – Hot melted cheese with manchego and chorizo bits, served with tortilla chips. Rich and flavorful! • Queso Espinaca – Melted cheese with manchego and spinach, creamy and satisfying. • Salpicao – Juicy beef tenderloin loaded with garlic and chili in olive oil — perfectly cooked and very tender. • Paella Valenciana – Packed with chorizo, clams, mussels, chicken, and shrimps. A crowd favorite! • Pollo Iberico – Spanish roast chicken infused with garlic, white wine, and rosemary, slow-baked for 3 hours — very flavorful and moist. • Salmon al Horno – Baked pink salmon topped with mango tomato salsa — fresh and well-balanced. • Lengua Estofada – Ox tongue in red wine sauce with mushrooms — incredibly tender and rich. • Cerdo Asado – Slow-roasted pork belly with crispy fried skin — perfectly crisp and delicious. Everything was well-prepared, beautifully served, and worth it. The only suggestion we have is to make the restroom more Senior/PWD-friendly and hopefully add a bidet for added convenience. Highly recommended for both great meals and private events. We will definitely be back!"
